MOULURE MAGAZINE & <3 & MULTI SOFT KONSTANZ present:
“GIRLS WHEN THEY LOVE”
An exhibition and Magazine around the topics of love and girlhood, we invited artists to share their thoughts and work. We considered it necessary, these topics in our contemporary world, to dare to step outside our barriers by engaging with the space around us to make it our own, temporarily. To claim it. To love is to give value and respect. It is this metaphor that we explore, both in its physical form and in its concept. When we talk about girls, we are in no way referring to any biological, patriarchal or materialistic norms. We are observing a societal system in terms of both its stereotypes and the beauty of its whole. The difficulties linked to the stigmas of femininity, the dogmatic violence of the pressure of patriarchy, which is a social reality that affects everyone differently. Gender performance is an essential element of womanhood.
